Rocket League is a downloadable game created by Psyonix studio, which was released on July 7, 2015, and you can enjoy it on three platforms, namely Sony PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PCs running Windows. In other words, Rocket League offers cross-platform multiplayer, allowing players on XBOX, PS4 and PC to play together online.
Obviously, the sizes of Rocket League are different in different platforms.
- The size of Rocket League game in PC is 2.2 GB.
- The size of Rocket League game in XBOX is 0.2 GB.
- The size of Rocket League game in PS4 is 1.45GB.
Before you download Rocket League, remember to check your system layout. When it meets the Rocket League minimum system requirement, you are allowed to download the game. Let me take Rocket League game in PC as an example. As far as system requirements in PC concerned, 2 GB RAM is the minimum system requirement. The operating system should be Windows 7 or Newer, such as Windows 8 and Windows 10. On top of that, you should have a video card with NVIDIA GTX 260 or ATI 4850. In addition, you should have the CPU speed at 2.4 GHz Dual core. What’s more, you’ll need at least 5 GB free disk space. In other words, if your computer meets this minimum requirement, you can download it.
In fact, cross-platform multiplayer across PC and consoles is rare. Shadowrun, Final Fantasy XI, and, more recently, Final Fantasy XIV have been among the only games to allow it. And Rocket League is among them. Rocket League is the follow-up to PS3 game Supersonic Acrobatic Rocket-Powered Battle-Cars. It recently went through a closed beta on PS4, and is now due out on July 7 on both the console and PC.
In a nutshell, buy a proper game device and download the game.
